Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Full Stack Tech Lead

to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Hands-on Coding experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
Architect and implement RESTful microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka.
Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
Oversee containerized deployments using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
Manage database design and optimization using PostgreSQL.
Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and provide technical leadership in resolving them.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Kafka.
Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
Expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor a development team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability strategies.
