As a Full Stack Lead Developer at our healthtech startup, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and scaling our web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - **Technical Leadership:** - Designing and developing end-to-end web applications using modern full-stack technologies. - Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the entire technology stack. - Conducting thorough code reviews and establishing coding standards for the team. - Making critical architectural decisions and technology choices. - Staying current with emerging technologies and evaluating their potential for our products. - **Team Management & Mentorship:** - Leading, guiding, and mentoring a team of 6-8 developers. - Fostering a collaborative and learning-focused team environment. - Motivating team members and helping them grow their technical skills. - Conducting technical interviews and participating in hiring decisions. - Coordinating project timelines and ensuring delivery against strict deadlines. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 6+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong expertise in full-stack technologies including: - Frontend: React (preferred), Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript. - Backend: Node.js, Python (preferred), FastAPI. - Database design and management. - API development and integration. - Proven experience building complete web applications end-to-end. - Previous experience leading and mentoring development teams. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. - Excellent coding skills with attention to code quality and best practices. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward. - Passion for technology and continuous learning.
