Full-Stack Java + React Trainer (On-site, Bhubaneswar)

NLITE Technologies is a growing ed-tech startup dedicated to bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry practices. We run immersive, hands-on, classroom-based training programs in Bhubaneswar, preparing learners for full-stack software engineering careers in Java, React, Spring Boot, Cloud, DevOps, and more.

We are seeking an experienced software developer (5–10+ years) who is passionate about mentoring and teaching. This role is perfect for someone who has worked extensively with modern enterprise tech stacks and now wants to train and guide the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

This is an on-site teaching role in Bhubaneswar — remote work is not applicable.

• Deliver structured classroom sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri format) on topics including:
• Front-end foundations (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js)
• Back-end development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
• Databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate)
• DevOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms)
• Software engineering practices (Git/GitHub, Testing, Agile, Design Patterns)
• Guide students through in-class practical and real-world projects.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.
• Prepare learners for enterprise environments (scalable systems, security, maintainability).
• Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials.
  

• 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer / senior engineer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor (not mandatory).
• Exposure to Agile practices, microservices, and security best practices.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into beginner-friendly lessons.
