Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and technically strong Full Stack Developer with expertise in building scalable platforms using modern Java and JavaScript ecosystems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative applications that power our operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.

Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries.

Participate in full SDLC including requirements analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems for seamless functionality.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.

Work collaboratively with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

Maintain clean code, documentation, and version control best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

✔️ 2–6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development

✔️ Strong proficiency in:

Java, Spring Boot

JavaScript, Node.js

Web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs)

✔️ Experience with relational/non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

✔️ Practical knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

✔️ Ability to design scalable architectures and deploy applications in cloud or microservices environments.

✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and code debugging ability.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

⭐ Experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development

⭐ Familiarity with DevOps tooling (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)

⭐ Exposure to microservices-based development

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
