Role: Senior Product Manager/Product Manager - 2 positions - Cybersecurity/AI Senior Product Manager: 5-7 years Product Manager: 3-5 years Location: Pune Company Description Quilr is an innovative cybersecurity firm leveraging AI agents alongside its "Service-as-Software" platform to proactively enable secure technology adoption. Unlike traditional security that prioritizes infrastructure over people, Quilr embeds directly into employee workflows, continuously analyzing behavior, offering contextual recommendations, and autonomously mitigating routine threats. Quilr works across five areas of security: safe AI adoption and next-gen DLP. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager. The role involves managing product development from concept to launch, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritizing product features. The candidate will be responsible for setting product goals, tracking performance, and making data-driven decisions to enhance product outcomes. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, managing the product backlog, and staying current with industry trends and customer needs. Qualifications Experience in product management, including defining product vision and strategy and cross-functional collaboration Ability to prioritize product features and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical skills to track product performance and manage product backlog Understanding of cybersecurity industry is a must. AI is a plus but optional. Experience with Agile development methodologies Bachelor's degree in any field - preferably creative fields, supplemented by experience in technology. Certifications a plus, but not really required.
