About the Position

Position: Senior Frontend Developer

Location: Pune

Years of Experience: 3.5 – 5 Years

Responsibilities:

● Lead the development of high-quality, responsive, and performant web interfaces using React, Next.js,

JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

● Implement modern UI design systems with Tailwind CSS and ensure design consistency across platforms.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend to deliver seamless

and engaging user experiences.

● Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility.

● Build and maintain modular, reusable React components with a focus on maintainability and scalability.

● Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and bugs.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.

● Ensure UI development aligns with cybersecurity standards and compliance, when applicable.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

● 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a track record of delivering

production-grade UI solutions.
