Full Stack Developer

You will be responsible for resume-based project documentation, technical Q&A preparation, live interview simulation, system design walkthroughs, and real-time technical coaching. The role demands excellent communication, project breakdown abilities, and a solid understanding of modern tech stacks and interview processes.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Project Understanding & Preparation

• Analyze and document candidates’ project details end-to-end
• Conduct technical discovery calls to verify candidate understanding
• Create detailed architectural and technical breakdowns
• Prepare concise, story-based explanations for interview delivery
• Confirm session schedules and project walkthrough readiness

Interview Preparation

• Manage pre-interview check-ins with candidates
• Prepare and share detailed project and Q&A documentation
• Coach candidates on answering strategies, business logic explanations, and technical architecture discussions
• Provide live assistance during interview practice rounds
• Update technical documents with new Q&A and common scenarios

Technical Coaching & Assessment Guidance

• Deliver project-based technical explanations in a clear, natural style
• Prepare system design and coding exercises with sample answers
• Support candidates in explaining algorithms, logic, and edge cases
• Provide guidance on time/space complexity and clean code practices
• Offer non-textbook, real-world technical reasoning

Post-Session Follow-up

• Share detailed, structured feedback with candidates
• Document session results with clarity and precision
• Maintain logs of progress and escalate concerns as needed
• Ensure all coaching and preparation tasks are fully documented

Operational Requirements

• Respond promptly to all session requests
• Schedule and manage calendar invitations
• Maintain active and organized task tracking
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders
• Follow strict documentation and preparation standards

👤 Requirements

• Strong experience in full stack development (Java, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Proven familiarity with modern system design and scalable architectures
• Excellent communication skills and confidence explaining projects to others
• Ability to break down complex topics in simple, business-friendly language
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Docs)
• High attention to detail and commitment to accountability
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or preparing others for interviews is highly desirable
