Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Developer at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring candidates for technical interviews. Your primary responsibility will be to help candidates effectively communicate their project experience, provide coaching for live interviews and assessments, and offer comprehensive technical preparation to ensure their success. Your tasks will include analyzing and documenting candidates" project details, conducting technical discovery calls, creating detailed architectural breakdowns, and preparing concise explanations for interview delivery. You will also manage pre-interview check-ins, share detailed project documentation, coach candidates on answering strategies and technical discussions, and provide live assistance during interview practice rounds. In addition to interview preparation, you will deliver project-based technical explanations, prepare system design and coding exercises, support candidates in explaining algorithms and logic, and offer guidance on time/space complexity and clean code practices. It is essential to provide structured feedback to candidates, maintain logs of progress, and ensure all coaching tasks are well-documented. Operational requirements include responding promptly to session requests, scheduling calendar invitations, managing task tracking, and communicating professionally with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in full stack development, familiarity with modern system design and scalable architectures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics in a business-friendly manner. Proficiency in online collaboration tools and experience in mentoring or coaching for interviews are highly desirable.,
