Summary:Individuals in this role are expected to lead and guide multiple architecture and design teams or workstreams. This role must support opportunities and engagements as design leads.Infra Engineering Hybrid Cloud Architect role will be leading a team of architects to design architecture patterns for multi-Cloud and hybrid cloud platform that support scalable, secure, and efficient cloud adoption across the enterprise. Individuals on this role will need to ensure the architecture patterns are aligned with general best practices, Security & compliance, and business requirements while enabling cloud-native capabilities and automation. Hybrid Cloud Architect to design and lead enterprise cloud foundations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private/hybrid platforms (VMware VCF, Nutanix, OpenShift)This role will also be responsible for capability development initiatives, writing Points of View (POVs), white papers, and developing new assets. Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design and build Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Cloud platforms and patterns tailored to client needs.Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design Multi-Cloud Connectivity and Hybrid Network Architectures patterns and ensure successful implementationDefine HA/DR strategies, Security, Compliance, and governance frameworks.Design and build automation/DevOps frameworks using leading DevOps platforms.Design observability platform which includes Centralized logs, metrics, & traces for unified observability and Integration architecture with 3rd party tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, ELK, etc.Design Cloud-native monitoring tailored for AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environmentsDesign Unified Data Foundation Architecture and build.Lead hybrid & multi-cloud adoption strategies, partnering with CxO stakeholders.Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational future roadmaps.Act as a trusted advisor on cloud transformation, modernization, and hybrid strategiesEnterprise Strategy & Thought LeadershipSupport configuration of AI service integrations such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI within secure landing zonesWork on agentic automation — integrating infrastructure agents for self-healing, cost optimization, and automated guardrail enforcement Professional & Technical

Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Design and Build.This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 years full time education is required.
