Japanese Bilingual - Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Core Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React

5 to 10 Years

Chennai, Pune, Delhi

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects
Knowledge and hands on experience in Java technologies including Core Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, NPM, Maven, VS Code, IntelliJ Idea, GitHub
Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams
Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours

Good-to-Have

Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management and P&C Insurance domain knowledge
Experience in the scan, build and deployment tools such as Checkmarx, Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc.
