We are hiring for one of our valued clients, an ambitious, fast-growing global startup ready to make big waves!

What You'll Do

• Own Fullstack Delivery:

  Architect, build, and maintain robust web apps—front to back—using React.js, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.

• End-to-End Execution:

  Take responsibility for the entire development cycle, from technical design and coding to automated tests, deployment, and documentation.

• Direct Collaboration:

  Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business ideas into functional, high-quality features.

• Quality & Process Improvement:

  Lead by example in code quality, peer reviews, and constant iteration using emerging tools and best practices.

• Documentation & Sharing:

  Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring smooth onboarding for others and transparency across the team.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:

  5–9 years as a hands-on fullstack developer, ideally in product-focused or startup environments.

• Individual Contributor Mindset:

  You excel at hands-on technical work and are eager to deliver at every stage—requirements, implementation, testing, and launch.

• Product & Problem-Solving Drive:

  You care deeply about how your work shapes the final product and user experience.

• Initiative:

  You proactively suggest new ideas for both the product and internal tools/processes.

• Mentorship Without Management:

  Willingness to coach juniors without formal people management responsibilities.

• Location:

  Based in Pune, or ready to relocate quickly (within 1 month).
• Onsite presence at least four days a week is required for team synergy; this is not a remote-first opportunity.

• Time Flexibility:

  Comfortable with the occasional evening session (6–9 PM IST, three times a week) for collaboration.
