Full Stack Engineer

.This role offers the opportunity to be a core contributor in developing a sophisticated suite of software products that analyze and optimize data at scale. You will work across the full stack, designing and implementing front-end user interfaces as well as back-end services and data pipelines. The position emphasizes building efficient, scalable, and high-performance solutions while maintaining clean, testable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, improve processes, and deliver innovative features that enhance customer experience. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain customer-facing UI components and server-side services
- Ensure optimal performance of databases and responsiveness to front-end requests
- Design high-quality, scalable applications, focusing on efficiency and security
- Implement data protection measures, storage solutions, and security protocols
- Run diagnostics, troubleshoot defects, and provide technical support
- Document processes, database schemas, and prepare technical reports
- Recommend and implement process and technology improvements
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve products and workflows
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Full stack engineering experience including front-end frameworks (React/Redux/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript, GraphQL)
- Strong SQL skills for designing, querying, optimizing, and maintaining relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and distributed systems architecture
- Experience with data pipelines, workflow automation, orchestration tools, and monitoring
- Ability to clean, transform, and aggregate data using SQL or scripting languages
- Strong testing practices, quality focus, and automation skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and work in dynamic environments
- Experience in agile team settings and taking ownership from planning to execution
- Bonus: familiarity with CQRS, Domain Driven Design, C4 modeling, retail/ecommerce environments, AI coding agents, or observability tools like Grafana, Coralogix, or New Relic
