The system provides insightful reports and a response inbox to analyze and take actions on customer feedback, helping businesses improve customer experiences swiftly and effectively.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Full Stack Engineer. Day-to-day tasks include development and maintenance of both front-end and back-end systems, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and implementing responsive CSS designs. The Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, troubleshoot and debug applications, and ensure software is scalable and secure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back-End Web Development, and Full-Stack Development
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• General Software Development skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in customer feedback systems is a plus
