Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and committed STEM Trainers to join our growing team. The selected trainers will be responsible for teaching STEM subjects, enhancing curriculum delivery, and preparing training-related reports for school students. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about education, technology, and student engagement. Key Responsibilities : ● Deliver hands-on STEM sessions to school students in a structured and engaging manner ● Continuously improvise and adapt existing curriculum to improve learning outcomes ● Prepare timely and accurate session reports and student progress records ● Communicate effectively in Tamil and English with students and school staff ● Travel to school locations as needed (Coimbatore) or operate from centre (Chennai) Educational Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in B.Sc or B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, or Mechatronics ● Teaching or training experience preferred but not mandatory Experience & Skills Required: ● Freshers or experienced candidates welcome ● Strong teaching mindset, willingness to learn, and long-term commitment ● Responsible, reliable, and proactive ● Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler Salary & Benefits: Freshers : ● During 3-month probation: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month ● Post-probation: ₹16,500 – ₹20,000/month Experienced Candidates: ● During 1st month probation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month ● Post-probation: Salary based on previous CTC
