Location: Chennai - Office Based Experience: 5–6 years Key Responsibilities Lead full stack development using React.js and Node.js for complex web applications. Provide architectural guidance and design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards. Mentor and guide junior developers within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business and technical requirements. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Own the quality of deliverables and support performance tuning of applications. Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions. Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve productivity. Required Qualifications 5–6 years of strong hands-on experience in full stack development with React.js and Node.js. Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers. Deep knowledge of software design principles, microservices, and scalable systems. Proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks, REST APIs, and web security. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in version control (Git) and project documentation. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with global stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation. Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes. Familiarity with GraphQL, Redux, and serverless architecture.
