About The Role

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate technologist with strong leadership capabilities to work on cutting-edge web applications using modern Java and Angular stacks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Develop responsive and feature-rich frontend applications using Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile frontends.
Manage and optimize data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team growth and skill development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Proven hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Strong frontend development experience using Angular 8+, TypeScript, and associated libraries.
Deep understanding of REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL, and databases like MongoDB.
Practical knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with SCRUM processes.
Excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills.
