What You’ll Do

Work across the
full stack
, building scalable backend services (Node.js/NestJS) and polished frontend components via
Readdy.ai
.
Integrate AI/ML features like
lead prediction, smart messaging
, and LLM-powered workflows using OpenAI and LangChain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and AI researchers.
Contribute to the
entire product lifecycle
— from ideation to release.
Work in a startup culture — fast iterations, direct impact, and tons of learning.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year experience in full stack web development (internship or freelance ok).
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
Experience working with APIs and databases.
Curiosity or basic hands-on exposure to
AI/ML tools
(bonus if you’ve played with OpenAI, LangChain, or built personal AI projects).
Ability to work independently in a fully remote team.
