The Role

We're seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of our robotics platform. This is a Python-heavy role where you'll develop AI agents that automate complex robotics workflows, architect backend systems for real-time simulation, and build interfaces that connect web applications to industrial automation. Your work will directly impact how major manufacturers optimize their production processes.

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong Python proficiency (this is your primary language)
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript/React
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate development

Technical Skills We Value

AI & Orchestration (Core Focus):

• LangGraph for building stateful, multi-step AI agents
• LangChain for LLM integrations and tool orchestration
• Prompt engineering and agent debugging
• Experience with agentic workflows and state machines

Backend (Python):

• FastAPI, async/await patterns, WebSockets
• Real-time event systems (SSE) and message queuing
• PostgreSQL, Redis
• Workflow orchestration and task scheduling

Frontend:

• React/TypeScript with real-time data streaming
• State management for complex, event-driven UIs
• WebRTC streaming

Infrastructure:

• Docker containerization and microservices
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Railway)
• Experience with GPU workloads a plus
