🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using the

  MERN stack

  (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build clean, efficient, and maintainable code that scales.
• Integrate

  RESTful APIs

  and third-party services.
• Debug, optimize, and fine-tune applications for performance and speed.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers.
• Ensure applications are

  mobile-responsive

  and cross-browser compatible.
• Maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and architecture.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years

  of professional experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:

• Frontend

  : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js

• Backend

  : Node.js, Express.js

• Database

  : MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases)
• Solid grasp of

  responsive design

  principles, with experience in frameworks like

  Bootstrap

  or

  Tailwind CSS

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Git/GitHub

  and version control.
• Ability to integrate and consume RESTful APIs.
• Basic knowledge of

  deployment and hosting platforms

  .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

🌟 Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with

  Next.js

  or other SSR frameworks.
• Knowledge of

  Headless CMS / WordPress

  .
• Familiarity with testing tools such as

  Jest

  Cypress

  .
• Understanding of

  SEO principles

  for modern web apps.
• Deployment experience on

  Netlify, Vercel, AWS

  , or similar.
• Experience using

  AI-assisted development tools

• Exposure to

  for interactive 3D web experiences (huge plus!).
