About the Role We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of building products from scratch, transforming business requirements into scalable solutions, and delivering high-quality software within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications and products from scratch. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code. Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Experience Frontend: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, Material UI / Ant Design. Backend: Node.js, Express.js. Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in full stack development.
