Full Stack Developer

Position details

• Role: Full Stack Developer / Senior Full Stack Developer
• Location: Onsite – Gandhinagar, Gujarat
• Engagement: Full‑time, contract; 5–6 days a week as per local working calendar, with flexibility for extended hours or holidays when required.​
• Experience level:
• Full Stack Developer: Minimum 5 years.
• Senior Full Stack Developer: Minimum 7 years.​
• Age: 20–45 years at the time of joining.​

Required qualifications

Any ONE of the following degrees is mandatory:​

• MCA.
• BE/B.Tech with specialization in Computer, Electronics, Communication or equivalent.
• M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT.
• BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science / IT.

Technical skillset

• Frontend development:
• Strong working knowledge of Angular or React.​
• Building single‑page applications, reusable components, forms, routing, validations, and responsive user interfaces.
• Backend development:
• Working knowledge of .NET Core for server‑side/API development.​
• Designing and implementing REST APIs, business logic, and integrations with external systems.
• Database development:
• Working knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.​
• Schema design, writing queries, stored procedures, and handling CRUD operations.
• Full stack expectation:
• Hands‑on experience delivering applications using Angular/React + .NET Core + MS SQL/MySQL/NoSQL end‑to‑end.​

Experience requirements

• Full Stack Developer (5‑year band):
• At least 5 years of prior experience as a full‑stack developer on the above stack.​
• Senior Full Stack Developer (7‑year band):
• At least 7 years of prior experience as a full‑stack developer on the same stack.​

Experience should demonstrate:

• Ownership of modules/features across UI, API, and database layers.
• Work in structured environments with coding standards, version control, and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Angular/React, .NET Core, and relational/NoSQL databases.​
• Participate in requirement understanding, technical design, effort estimation, and implementation of assigned tasks.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security; follow best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to developed components.
• Collaborate with coordinators and other team members, provide regular status updates, and resolve issues within agreed timelines.​
• Work onsite during office hours and, when necessary, during extended hours or holidays, without additional compensation.​

For Senior Full Stack Developer add:

• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to other developers.
• Lead analysis and solutioning for complex requirements and coordinate with stakeholders when needed.​

• Readiness for quick joining/deployment within a short notice period (3–5 working days preferred).​

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
