Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python, Django, SQL/MySQL, and JavaScript to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers and be able to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using Python and Django
• Build and manage REST APIs and backend services
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases using SQL / MySQL
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Ensure application security, data protection, and best coding practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web-based application development
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework
• Good knowledge of SQL and MySQL (database design & queries)
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Angular)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms or deployment (AWS, Azure, Linux servers)
• Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to ERP, manufacturing, or workflow-based applications
