Role Summary:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable software solutions. Your responsibilities will span across front-end and back-end development, utilizing a range of technologies and tools to deliver high-quality products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and deploy software in all layers of the development life cycle with limited supervision.
• Provide necessary documentation to support the development process.
• Work with databases, APIs, servers, and networks, utilizing various programming languages to create robust solutions.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework for backend development.
• Integrate and implement cloud services (Azure, GCP, PCF) to build scalable and resilient applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and utilize Spring REST API / JPA for data handling and persistence.
• Write SQL queries and optimize database performance to meet application requirements.
• Perform unit testing using tools like JUnit and Karma to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated build and deployment processes.
• Ensure the implementation of responsive designs for optimal user experience across devices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver complete solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Java, Spring & Spring Boot frameworks for backend development.
• Sound Knowledge on Data Structures and algorithms
• Hands on with microservices architecture & design patterns
• Proficiency in Oracle DB and SQL / NoSQL.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, GCP , AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD & integrations tools like Jenkins
• Expertise in latest versions of Angular for front-end development.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SOAP and REST API development.
• Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Java Server Faces (JSF).
• Experience with build tools like Gradle / Maven.
• Product development background is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent formal training and work experience.
• 9-12 years of relevant work experience in an IT or engineering environment.
• An advanced degree may offset some work experience requirements.
