Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust full stack applications using modern frameworks and clean architecture principles.
- Collaborate with teams across frontend, backend, and DevOps to design efficient APIs, services, and UIs.
- Develop scalable, high-performance code using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI).
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Integrate and deploy applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS accepted).
- Ensure security, responsiveness, and performance across devices and environments.
- Use monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for proactive maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in full stack development delivering production-grade systems.
- Advanced skills in JavaScript (React.js, Next.js) and backend development using Python (FastAPI).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable web architectures.
- Hands-on with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience working with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud ecosystems.
- Proficient in Git-based workflows and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Working knowledge of Terraform for IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Previous involvement in real-time communication or video applications.
