Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong leadership capabilities, proven client-facing experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience leading features or small development teams while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of new features and enhancements across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery meets business objectives.
• Mentor junior developers and review code to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
• Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and security.
• Work in an agile environment with rapid iterations and continuous feedback loops.

Required Skills & Experience Overall:

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading features or development teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Front-End (minimum 3 years each, in parallel experience acceptable):

• React 18+
• Next.js (App Router & Server Components)
• Tailwind CSS

Back-End (minimum 3 years each, in parallel experience acceptable):

• Python
• FastAPI
• PostgreSQL
• Docker
• Terraform
• AWS

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience in performance optimization and security best practices.
