Full Stack Developer

We are hiring Full Stack Developers in Chennai for one of our direct clients.

Job Overview:

A skilled Software Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience is sought to join a dynamic team focused on building scalable, data-driven solutions across front-end, back-end, data platforms, and automation tools.

The role suits professionals thriving in fast-paced environments and ideally includes experience in the Market Access domain, which is beneficial for healthcare, pharmaceutical, or payer-related projects.

Required Skills:

Candidates should have between 5 and 7 years of experience in software development roles. Proficiency in React JS, Snowflake, Python, Excel, API integration, and S3 file storage.

VBA skills are considered a plus.

Experience working with or supporting Market Access teams or projects is advantageous. Familiarity with DevSecOps tools such as JIRA and GitHub is also a plus.

A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and enhancing responsive front-end applications using React JS.- Designing and optimizing data pipelines and queries within Snowflake to support analytics and reporting.

Building robust backend services and automation scripts with Python and SQL, including integration with internal and external APIs.

Creating and maintaining Excel-based tools and dashboards, utilizing VBA for advanced features. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensuring performance, scalability, and security across all developed components.

Applying Market Access domain knowledge to improve solution relevance and impact. Documenting technical designs, workflows, and user guides to support maintainability and knowledge sharing across teams.
