We are a fast-growing 3PL logistics and warehousing company modernizing our operations with in-house digital solutions. Our goal is to build small but powerful applications for HR, CRM, and warehouse workflows using open-source technologies like the Frappe Framework and Python.

We want to set up a lean tech team that works closely with operations to deliver practical, reliable, and user-friendly tools — without depending on expensive external vendors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Frappe Framework / ERPNext (preferred).
  
• Build and customize internal modules (HR, CRM, Workflow Management, MIS Dashboards).
  
• Integrate with external systems (Tally Prime, SharePoint, Power BI, E-Way Bill APIs, etc.).
  
• Set up databases, APIs, and basic front-end interfaces (HTML/JS/React/Vue basics).
  
• Ensure smooth deployment, uptime, backups, and security of apps.
  
• Work closely with non-technical teams to translate business needs into solutions.
  
• Maintain proper documentation, testing, and version control.

Required Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in Python.
  
• Experience with Frappe Framework / ERPNext (preferred) OR Django/Flask with willingness to learn Frappe.
  
• Database skills: MariaDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
  
• Basic front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue a plus).
  
• Exposure to APIs, REST, JSON integrations.
  
• Deployment knowledge (Linux servers, cloud hosting, Docker, Git).
  
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to explain technical things in simple words.
  

Good to Have

• Prior experience with ERPNext HR/Payroll/CRM modules.
  
• Understanding of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing processes.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD, or cloud infrastructure.
