Full Stack Developer

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy features that directly impact our users. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll have the opportunity to work across the stack — from building REST APIs and microservices to crafting beautiful frontend experiences and scaling infrastructure.

We’re not looking for stack purists — we’re looking for engineers who are curious, adaptable, and excited to solve problems, regardless of whether they’re frontend or backend.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build end-to-end features across our platform.
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using Django and Golang.
• Build dynamic and responsive frontends using React and Remix.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Own features from concept to deployment — including testing, monitoring, and debugging.
• Continuously improve architecture and participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.

Who You Are

• 2–6 years of experience as a Full Stack, Backend, or Software Engineer.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Solid experience with at least one backend language or framework (Django, Golang preferred).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React is a plus).
• Comfortable working with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of shipping production-quality software.
• Passionate about building clean, scalable systems and learning new technologies.
• You thrive in an onsite, collaborative team environment (Hyderabad-based).
• Able to join immediately or with minimal notice.
