Role Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Full‑Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) to join our engineering team. The person will build, maintain, and scale web applications, collaborate with product and design, ensure code quality, and help shape technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using

  React.js

  on the frontend and

  Node.js

  on the backend
• Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for future use
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, scalability, reliability, and robustness across the stack
• Participate in code reviews, ensure coding best practices, maintain code quality, write unit and integration tests
• Debug issues and optimize performance (frontend and backend)
• Work with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to deliver features on time
• Mentor junior developers as needed; help in knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with latest tools, trends, frameworks, and propose improvements to processes and tech stack.
