Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) along with strong proficiency in Python. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, and integrating backend logic with front-end functionality. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about technology, eager to take ownership, and ready to contribute from day one. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Develop robust and scalable REST APIs using Node.js and Python. Integrate front-end UI with server-side logic using React.js and Express. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug application issues. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes. Requirements: 2–3 years of professional experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. Proficiency in Python (especially for backend scripting or automation). Experience with version control systems like Git. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Familiarity with deployment processes, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with front-end libraries like Redux or Tailwind CSS. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. Exposure to AI/ML projects or data engineering pipelines.
