Job Overview

Full Stack Developer (MERN / MEAN)

React.js / Angular

Node.js & Express.js

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js or Angular.
• Build scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for smooth data exchange.
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs from wireframes or mockups.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper testing coverage.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  

Must-Have Skills

Frontend Development:

• Strong knowledge of React.js or Angular (Hooks, Redux, RxJS, etc.)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  

Backend Development

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js
• RESTful API design and integration
• Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Working knowledge of databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  

DevOps & Cloud Exposure

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and environment configuration
• Exposure to Docker or containerized environments
  

Additional Skills

• Version control using Git and GitHub/Bitbucket workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
  

Preferred (Good To Have)

• Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
• Exposure to microservices or serverless architectures
• Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices
