Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You should be capable of handling the complete development lifecycle — from design to deployment — while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive front-end components using React.js. Build RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express.js. Design and manage data schemas in MongoDB, ensuring efficient data handling. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility. Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, testers, and project managers to meet project goals. Debug issues, write clean code, and participate in code reviews. Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in full-stack and JavaScript development. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 1–3 years working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Front-End: Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and React (including hooks, Redux is a plus). Back-End: Proficient in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Database: Experience with MongoDB, including Mongoose for schema modeling. Version Control: Proficient with Git and version control tools like GitHub or GitLab. Deployment: Familiarity with deployment tools and platforms like Heroku, Vercel, or AWS. Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
