Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, passionate about building scalable web applications, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications across the full stack.
Frontend Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or other modern frameworks.
Backend Development: Develop scalable APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks).
Database Management: Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
API Integration: Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for better speed and scalability.
Version Control: Use Git for code collaboration and version management.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years in full-stack web application development.

Frontend Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Experience with React.js (hooks, component composition) and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, SCSS).
Understanding of responsive design principles.

Backend Skills

Experience with Node.js and Express.js .
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and session management.

Database Skills

Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

Tools And Practices

Version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
Understanding of REST API design and microservices concepts.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of WebSockets and real-time application development.
