Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications from conception to deployment, ensuring high

performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project

objectives, and implement solutions that meet business needs.

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX)

to enhance usability and drive engagement.

• Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like

React.js or Vue.js to create dynamic and responsive web interfaces.

• Implement back-end solutions using server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python,

or PHP to support application functionality and data management.

• Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates to deliver tailored

solutions for clients.

• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality

and reliability of applications.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development,

UX/UI design, and WordPress ecosystem.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to gather feedback,

iterate on designs, and continuously improve deliverables.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team

members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or

equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience (X years) as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio

showcasing application development, UX/UI design, and WordPress projects.

• Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Vue.js).

• Experience with server-side scripting languages like Node.js, Python, or PHP, and

familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

• Expertise in WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin

development, and API integration.

• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility,

and accessibility standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate

technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work effectively both independently

and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development

methodologies is a plus.

• Experience with data security, managing HPC systems or network architecture a plus.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
