Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications from conception to deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and implement solutions that meet business needs. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) to enhance usability and drive engagement. Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js to create dynamic and responsive web interfaces. Implement back-end solutions using server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP to support application functionality and data management. Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of applications. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development, UX/UI design, and WordPress ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and continuously improve deliverables. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience (X years) as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing application development, UX/UI design, and WordPress projects. Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Vue.js). Experience with server-side scripting languages like Node.js, Python, or PHP, and familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Expertise in WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin development, and API integration. Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is a plus. Experience with data security, managing HPC systems or network architecture a plus.
