Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack/MERN Stack Developer who is proficient in developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean, efficient code, and a desire to lead and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the Full Stack/MERN stack. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. ● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. ● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. ● Troubleshoot and debug applications. ● Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development. ● Mentor junior developers and review their code for quality assurance. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. ● Experience in RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture. ● Good understanding of front-end technologies& Backend Technologies ● Experience with version control systems like Git. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux. ● Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. ● Previous experience in leading a development team.
