Senior MERN Stack Developer

You are a skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer proficient in developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You have a passion for clean, efficient code and a desire to lead and mentor junior developers. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and review their code for quality assurance. To excel in this role, you must have a strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Experience in RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture is essential. A good understanding of front-end technologies including React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), as well as experience with version control systems like Git are required. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial for success. Nice to have for this role would be experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux, familiarity with DevOps practices, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
