Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer who is proficient in developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean, efficient code and a desire to lead and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
Mentor junior developers and review their code for quality assurance.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
Experience in RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.
Good understanding of front-end technologies including React.js, Next.js, HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Have (Preferred)

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Previous experience in leading a small development team.
