Your team comprises of 80+ talented employees in three countries, offering services such as SEO, Mobile App Development, E-commerce development, and ERP development. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer at WebCastle, your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing robust, scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Building features and components using Next.js, with a focus on SSR, SSG, and API routes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Writing clean, maintainable code following best practices and conducting code reviews. - Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack to ensure application performance. - Staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and mentoring junior developers. To qualify for this role, you must possess: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack. - Minimum 2 years of Next.js experience in real-world projects. - Strong understanding of React concepts, API integration, MongoDB, and database design principles. - Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, Git, and problem-solving skills.
