● Job Role: Full Stack Developer Intern

● Experience: 1 - 2 Years

● As a Full Stack Developer intern , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our web/mobile applications. You will work on both the "front" and "back"ends of systems, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and a superior user experience.

● Key Responsibilities:

● Development: Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web/mobile applications using modern stacks(MERN/MEAN/Java Full Stack/Python Full Stack

● Front-End: Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js,Angular, or Nextjs ).

● Back-End: Develop server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and handle integration with third-party services.

● Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and perform efficient data retrieval and storage.

● Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards.

● Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues across the stack and provide timely fixes to ensure application stability.

● Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.

● Performance: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.

● Mandatory Requirements:

● Technical Proficiency: Strong command over JavaScript(ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

● Experience: 1 - 2 years of proven hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

● Academic Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Cut-off Score: 6 CGPA or 60% and above throughout academics.

● Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and the ability to solve complex algorithmic problems.

● Preferred Requirements:

● Frameworks: Proficiency in Node.js (Express) ,React.js/Angular /Nextjs , Django , Springboot etc● Databases: Hands-on experience with MongoDB,PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

● Tools: Knowledge of Version Control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

● Architecture: Understanding of Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

● Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.

● Job Type: Internship (Full Time based on Review of 3months of internship performance)

● Selection Process:

● First Round: Technical MCQ / Coding Assessment (Online)

● Second Round: Technical Interview (Deep dive into projects and live coding)

● Third Round: Final HR / Cultural Fitment Discussion

● Stipend/Salary: ₹20,000 per month during the 3-monthinternship review period, then Full time conversion based on performance.
