Job Description: Full-Stack Developer – Mobile & Web (Firebase + AWS + AI + Real-Time UI) Position Details Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – Mobile & Web (Firebase + AWS + AI + Real-Time UI) Department: Product & Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor every 3 month will review ) Work Setup: Fully Remote - Work Form Home Preferred Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Ongoing (Reviewed Quarterly) Salary: Negotiable Based on Experience Bonuses: Performance-Based (Assessed Quarterly) Equipment: Developer to use their own development-capable machine Working Hours: Full-time with preferred core hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (negotiable) Interview Process Rounds of Interview: 2 Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate closely with founders on multiple startup products from MVP to scale Design and develop mobile and web applications with integrated e-commerce features Build real-time, high-performance UIs with minimal latency Integrate AI/ML tools, music APIs, and real-time chat/matching systems Implement and manage backend cloud infrastructure using Firebase and AWS Ensure all projects and updates are reviewed and approved by Rhys Magno before execution Must-Have Technical Skills Cloud Services: Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions, FCM) AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, Cognito) Mobile Development: Flutter or React Native Web Development: React.js / Next.js AI/ML Integration: MediaPipe, TensorFlow Lite, OpenAI APIs Other Skills: Real-time interactivity and responsive design OAuth, social SDKs, media sharing Strong problem-solving mindset with a can-do, solution-oriented approach UI/UX experience with apps similar to Tinder, TikTok, and Figma Current Projects Raver – The Social App for Ravers & Festival-Goers Tinder + Clubhouse + TikTok hybrid Real-time chat, group events, swipe UI, and notifications Figma Design AI Dance Scoring System Real-time movement scoring via MediaPipe/TensorFlow Leaderboards, TikTok sharing, and music-beat sync Kandy Store – Custom Rave Wristband Builder Virtual bead/bracelet builder with drag-and-drop UI E-commerce integration with Shopify or custom checkout Social & Music Integration Login via Google, Facebook, Apple Spotify/Apple Music playback TikTok/Instagram sharing for media and designs Employment Type : Full-time Reason for Hiring: Build and scale multiple startup products with a dedicated long-term developer Employment Status: Independent contractor (reviewed every 3 months, hours flexible upon mutual agreement) Interested applicants can send their CVs to People@techosoft.com.au Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus
