Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (MEAN / MERN) who can take end-to-end ownership of features, contribute to system design, and help build scalable, high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MEAN / MERN stack
• Build scalable and secure REST APIs
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
• Perform code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
• Mentor junior developers when required
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure application stability

Technical Skills Required

Frontend:

• Angular / React
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Responsive UI & performance optimization

Backend:

• Node.js, Express.js
• API development & integration
• Authentication, authorization & security best practices

Database:

• SQL Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, DynamoDB

Tools & Others:

• Git / GitHub / GitLab
• CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
• Docker / Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure – good to have)

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in MEAN / MERN stack
• BE / BTech degree mandatory
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture
• Experience working on scalable or product-based applications
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Good to Have

• Experience with system design & microservices
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
• Prior mentoring or team lead experience
