Job Description:

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs
Ensure consistency across all platforms and products by adhering to design systems and style guides
Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI design systems and libraries
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma work
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator (Figma expertise is a must)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
