Job Description

Full-Stack Engineer (Onsite) — Noida, Sector 2


Stack you’ll touch daily: Docker, Kubernetes, Prisma, Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL

Nice to have: Electron, TanStack (Query/Table/Router), Redis, Web Sockets , WebRTC


What you’ll do


  • Ship features end-to-end: design, build, test, deploy, monitor.
  • Model data and write performant Prisma schemas/migrations on PostgreSQL.
  • Build SSR/ISR apps in Next.js with clean, reusable React components.
  • Design robust Node.js APIs (REST/GraphQL), auth, rate-limits, and logging.
  • Containerize with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes with sane CI/CD.
  • Own reliability: tracing, metrics, alerts, and pragmatic incident response.
  • Profile and optimize: SQL plans, API latencies, bundle size, and memory.


Must-haves


  • 2–6 years building production systems with Node.js + React.
  • Strong TypeScript; comfortable with PostgreSQL query tuning.
  • Hands-on Docker; working knowledge of K8s (Helm/Ingress/secrets).
  • Prisma in real projects (schema design, migrations, relations, seeding).
  • Testing mindset (unit/integration/e2e), Git hygiene, code reviews.
  • Solid web fundamentals (HTTP, cookies, CORS, caching, security basics: OWASP).


Good-to-haves


  • Electron app packaging/updates.
  • TanStack Query/Table/Router in production.


Location & Timing


Onsite only — Noida, Sector 2. Standard weekday schedule with occasional on-call for launches.


Compensation
