Job Summary

We are seeking a goal-focused and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5–7 years of experience in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly Java and Python-based backend systems. This role requires strong individual contribution and collaboration across teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
Build reusable, efficient code and libraries for future use.
Ensure technical feasibility and execution of UI/UX designs.
Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
Validate user inputs and ensure high-quality code before integration with backend services.
Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong backend development experience using Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and Python.
Solid hands-on experience with frontend frameworks: React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Familiarity with object-oriented design principles and web services.
Experience with version control and collaboration tools: Git, Stash, SourceTree, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse.
Experience working with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless frontend integration.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
API Management & Integration with TMforum & Open source.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with asynchronous request handling (AJAX) and partial page updates.
Familiarity with image editing tools like Photoshop or Gimp.
Ability to take complete ownership of modules or features.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
