Role Description

As a Full Stack Developer at Cyber Heals, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications that power our cybersecurity and compliance automation platform. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle — from building robust REST APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) to integrating intuitive front-end interfaces built with ReactJS. You will also contribute to building automated and containerized environments using Celery, Redis, and Docker.

This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with our cross-functional teams including product, security, and DevOps.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and mission-driven team that’s redefining how organizations achieve compliance and security — faster, smarter, and with automation at the core.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Integrate front-end ReactJS components with back-end logic for seamless user experiences.
• Implement asynchronous tasks and background processing using Celery with Redis.
• Containerize and manage development environments using Docker.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Front-End, DevOps, Security, Product) to deliver high-quality features and smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Python/Django + ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with professional experience in Django and Django REST Framework.
• Deep understanding of REST API design and integration.
• Experience with Celery and Redis for background job management.
• Hands-on experience using Docker for containerization and environment setup.
• Working knowledge of ReactJS and API integration with modern front-end frameworks.
• Good understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
