Job Summary:

Full Stack Next.js/React Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Integrate and manage third-party APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and data models.
Develop reporting tools and dashboards to enable business insights and decision-making.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance development processes.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:
Strong expertise in React and/or Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Backend:
Hands-on experience with Node.js, tRPC, and Prisma.
Database:
Proficiency with PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases).
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment).
Knowledge of modern authentication/authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Prior experience building internal tools or business-facing platforms.
