We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and windows applications using C# .NET, React.js, Angular.js, and SQL Server. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.

• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React.js, Angular.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

• Work with SQL Server to create and manage databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.

• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–8 years of experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, React.js, and Angular.js.

• Experience with RESTful services, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with SSRS, SSIS, and Azure cloud platform.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications.

• Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Framework, or Dynamic 365 CRM.

• Experience in Python, WordPress, PHP • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

• Exposure to insurance, consumer benefits, or COBRA domains.
