Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to build scalable, high-performance web applications and possess excellent communication skills in English. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and high-quality UI using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate data fetching and caching using React Query.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with databases including SQLite, MongoDB, and Redis for caching and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & QualificationsFrontend

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript (TS) and JavaScript (JS)
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with React Query for state management and API integrations

Backend

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
• Experience in building scalable REST APIs
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and middleware

Databases

• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with SQLite
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good to Have

• Experience with deployment (Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices
