Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are building an AI-first SaaS product that combines modern web apps with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows. You will ship end‑to‑end features across a React front end and Node.js/Python back end, integrate vector databases, and help productionize LLM-driven experiences that are fast, reliable, and secure.

What You’ll Do

• Build rich, responsive UIs in React (TypeScript preferred) with clean component architecture, state management, and accessible design.
• Design, build, and document REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Express/Nest) and Python (FastAPI/Flask)
• Implement RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, indexing, and retrieval using vector databases (e.g., pgvector/Postgres, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant)
• Contribute to agentic workflows (LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex) for autonomous or tool‑using task flows with evals and guardrails.
• Design event‑driven components with Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS
• Stand up observability (logs, metrics, traces) and performance budgets; drive profiling and capacity planning.

Key Skill-Set

• Front End: React, TypeScript, Next.js/Vite, Tailwind/MUI, React Query/SWR, form libs (React Hook Form/Zod)
• Back End: Node.js (Express/Nest) and Python (FastAPI/Flask) as primary; exposure to Go or Java (Spring Boot) is a plus.
• Inter‑service APIs: REST/GraphQL, gRPC + Protobuf for low‑latency internal calls; WebSockets/SSE for realtime features.
• Data & Infra: Postgres (+ pgvector), Redis, object storage (S3‑compatible), CDN/edge caching; message queues/streams (Kafka/RabbitMQ/AWS SQS/SNS); search (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch)
• Vector DBs: Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus / Qdrant / pgvector (any one strongly preferred)
• AI/Agents: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex; model gateways
• DevOps & Platform: Docker; Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) or ECS/Fargate; API Gateway/ALB/Nginx; CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
